Shipping

Orders can be made online, by phone, email or post. We accept Visa, most debit cards and PayPal.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon.

We make every effort to deliver goods within our estimated time-scales, however delays occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. OMIBIA shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time-scales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery.

Once your order has been placed, we aim to process it the same day. However, it can take up to three days to process your order (subject to card authorisation and stock availability). If your goods are not currently available, they will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock. If any item has ‘Sold Out’, we will advise you promptly and offer you an alternative. We aim to dispatch orders within five working days. However, this can take longer when stocks are low, so please allow up to 28 days (except when next day delivery has been arranged). If you need any items urgently, please give us a call on +44 (0)1342825724 to make sure that we have it in stock, to avoid disappointment.

We provide a standard delivery service:

  • Europe Zone 1 - £14.99 | 3 - 4 days
  • USA - £17.99 | 4 - 6 days
